Maharat Construction Training Center (MCTC) is a not-for-profit institution established to develop Saudi Arabia’s construction  workforce. We specialize in six key trades:
Scaffolding, Electrical, Construction Safety, Instrumentation, Pipefitting, and Welding.

Our mission is to equip Saudis with world-class skills, aligning with Vision 2030 to drive innovation, Saudization, and sustainable growth.

I am Waheeb Hajjat, the Training Operations Director of MCTC, and it is my pleasure to address you today.
First and foremost, I want to extend a warm welcome to both returning and new trainees, faculty members, and sponsoring companies. As we embark on this academic year, I am filled with excitement and a sense of responsibility for the role we play in shaping the construction workforce.

The Training Operations Department has a long-standing tradition of academic excellence, and I am proud to lead a team of dedicated educators who are passionate about their subjects and committed to the success of our trainees.
